The Louisiana State University Fighting Tigers have a tradition that is being violated by a television network, which is not being upheld. The tradition of Saturday Night in Death Valley is one that dates back to the Billy Cannon era in the early 1930's and is in danger of being corrupted because of greed and publicity. The followers of this petition will fight for upholding Saturday Night in Death Valley and demand that the LSU vs. Auburn game will be televised on a network that will allow the LSU football team to play at night. Every student, fan, alumni, supporter, athlete of LSU and otherwise represent the resistance against the demolition of this tradition in the 2011 football season.
