We are the Youth Involvement Subcommittee of Cambridge, Massachusetts and our goal is to gain support to give the right to vote to the youth of Massachusetts. The youth already actively contribute to our society and pay taxes; they deserve the right to voice their opinions. We are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to lower the voting age to 17 in local elections in Massachusetts.
