Towing companies are the worst! My wife was way overcharged for parking in a location where she was actually permitted to park for her school! Got towed anyway and charged $250. Absolutely insane

as a broke college student trying to make ends meet, I’ve been charged over $2k in towing fees for very insignificant misunderstandings with apartment guess parking and street parking etc PLEASE LOWER THE COST

Yes, please do this. Additionally, the towing companies are often quite unpleasant when you’re getting the car. They tend to intimidate you by being mean.
