Lower Towing Fees & Protect Residents and Students from Predatory Practices

They are charging way too much for towing fees!

I am so sick of this.

Way too expensive it’s retarded. Was my first week of moving to Utah I parked in a spot got towed in two hours. No warning, no sign no nothing

I just got towed last week for $310. Freaking crap!

COLLEGE STUDENTS JUST WANT TO PARK AND NOT HAVE A LONG WALK. WE CAN BARELY PAY RENTTTTT

I’ve personally been a victim of absurd towing fees and have seen them prey on my fellow students.

Towing fees and boots are absolutely overpriced and ridiculous

slow down and help your citizens not have to pay unnecessary fees. focus on more important issues that edify the community.

Provo parking enforcement has done nothing but take and then take some more. They PREY on certain areas and find joy in taking college kids money that they would have used for rent and food.

Yeah, they are miserable people that will take payment under the table to let us off the hook..

You can’t convince me that towing companies aren’t ran by some of the worst.

The prices and way they go about towing without providing enough parking is horrible and needs to be changed/ regulated

It was my first day of school and first day at my apartment and in Provo. I paid for parking but woke up the next morning to my car being towed bc I apparently had parked in a number spot of a number that had rubbed off so I didn’t see it. I had to pay $360
