Some of the questions on the paper were very unclear about what they were asking for, causing students to become confused by due to their abstract nature. Therefore the grade boundaries should be lowered to compensate for these poor questions.

The paper was much harder than usual. Edexcel needs to lower the grade boundary.

As a university lecturer, I write exam papers. I would not be allowed to submit such an ambiguous question as the probably question on this paper. I cannot understand how this got through the moderation process.
