drag is attracting younger and younger audiences each year, but many fans aren't able to go and see their favourite queens perform because of age restrictions. there aren't such age restrictions on other concerts where the artist performing will often sing about much worse stuff than mentioned at a drag show, so why is it okay for a 12 year old to go and watch that, but not their favourite drag performer lip sync for an hour? we don't believe that age restrictions should be removed completely as some drag shows are inappropriate in their humour and such, but that they should be lowered. We want to be able to meet some queens that we know and love, especially when they tour around our country, but restrictions can prevent you from going to see them at all! We aim this at the managers of these tours, so they can have a bit of leverage and allow everyone to have a chance to meet a lot of fabulous queens!
