Petition to reverse LVRZ 2008-0002 The Town Council adopted LVRZ 2008-0002 which rezoned lots and permitted Elm Street to depart from the Neo-traditional home styles. The Neo-traditonal designs were in fact approved by the Council originally to match the historic part of our town. Front-loading garage homes, designs selected by Ryan homes, further eroded the original Lovettsville Town Center design plan. We the petitioners want the council to reverse LVRZ 2008-0002 and restore the original architectural design plan for Lovettsville Town Center.
