Please give us our full refund we are currently out of jobs all we want is a full refund this is not our fault that we lost our jobs and you guys are still charging for an event that should just be cancel instead of risking our health!

The lack of customer service or updated information when thousands of us were requesting it is horrible. We demand a full refund without a $50 restock fee. Technically they breached a contract by not fulfilling the days we contracted with you for. ( A exchange of money entered us all into a contract) breaching this contract on y’all end ( although out of your control) by law you breached it and not allowing us a FULL refund will be unethical and unlawful. They need to do the right thing!! Ethics > Economics!
