I ordered 3 tickets on a payment plan and was charged $150 to cancel all 3 ($50 each). this $50 came from what we’ve already paid for each ticket. they need to give us back our money for everything.

We lost are jobs and there still taking money out our accounts in this public health crisis. On top of that there charging $50 extra to cancel the ticket when this Corna Virus situation is not in the public’s control and we should be able to decided to get a refund because of this
