I have been reading the stories from others who were forced to choose between their faith and the teams they love. It breaks my heart to see how many people have been pushed out of their activities simply for wanting to follow their beliefs. We are currently gathering more documentation to show that this policy unfairly targets students who value their church community.

Seeing this kind of momentum means everything to me because I just want to honor my faith without losing the team I love. It feels like people finally understand that I should not have to choose between my beliefs and my passion.

She is making the right choice and such a bright young girl in doing so. God takes care of his children and she may not see it now but her values will be glorified because its in his name. Your mama has to be proud.
There should be some exceptions to this rule. Girls should not have to choose between church/family and school camp.
This is my daughter and we are going to fight what we believe in! Jesus comes first! Always!
This young lady has Constitutional rights to life,liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Attending Youth Camp will help mold her into a God fearing, moral individual, and ultimately, a college bound HS graduate.
She should be able to attend anything she is wanting.
God before all things!

If our kids don’t stand for something they will fall for anything. Standing for Jesus should not be a punishable act.
