It started with governor Foster when they gated off Lake Theriot . It is outrageous that this is going on and needs to be stopped!

It's a Damm shame that all the years that we been fishing all the cuts and canals and now all of a sudden you get a ticket for trespassing and from what I'm hearing it's a pretty hearty ticket. What in the hell is this world coming too????

Navigable waters should remain open to the public. The fish in these waters belong to the people of the state, not individuals that hold the lease.

Even from bring out of state I travel to Louisiana approx twice a yr to bowfish the marshes there and normally stay for about 4-7 days. Unlike alot of states where land ownership is land to low water or tide mark, I have heard and seen gated waterways where I understand land ownership is the navigable water and the land underneath it... Please consider looking into a law change to louisiana a waterways

As a American not a black or white but American. Our rights are being taken away. We the people as the constitution states, we need to ban together and stand up for rights and rights of our future.
