Louise Bayliss has officially been reinstated to her position at the hospital. I am deeply appreciative of the 217 individuals who provided their support throughout this necessary process. We will remain observant to ensure that the standards of patient advocacy are fully maintained moving forward.

I am starting this petition for Lousie Bayliss, who lost her job after speaking out about female patients being 'locked up' over Christmas at St Brendan's Psychiatric Hospital, Grangegorman in north Dublin. You can read and listen to her story by clicking on the links on the right of this page.

Please sign the petition, every name helps. It would be great if you could also send an email to the following address: [email protected] to ask her to be re-instated.

Thanks

Disgraceful treatment of a whistleblower. Louise was only doing what was right by those poor women. reinstate her now!
