I tried to get changes made 5 years ago when my son killed himself. Obviously nothings changed. Appear to have had meetings only to pacify me and other parents

I lost my big brother in july because carsview failed to give him the care he needed,my mum begged the doc to call him back in they refused,a couple of weeks later my brother was gone

this death was unavoidable is the mental health team did their jobs! Shame on all who did not give Dale, and every other patient who struggles with mental illness the help they deserve!!

i went to school with Dale.. And ive lost ALOT of other close friends through suicide... People are vunerable and this needs to be paid more attention too !!

we need more help for those feeling lonely lost in there selfs it's so sad that so many people are not getting the help they need I lost a brother to suicide only if the help was there he would still be with us x
