I lost my son to suicide after many years of poor care and treatment from NHS Tayside. He suffered terribly as there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY - the government should be conducting an urgent review, too.

too many young people taking thier lives across this city and beyond,also middle age people..the system is failing and needs to be adressed..the youth are are our future..so they need a future to look forward to with better services and help they can change peoples way of thinking.

i hope this changes the system in dundee's mental health service. so many lives have been lost due to the systems failure!

There needs to be much more support for people. We are losing such a high number of people to suicide. The statistics are shocking.

I speak for alot of people when I say things need to be changed big time! I for one have struggled with mental health for years since childhood and to say the system is a failure would be an understatement. I've lost family members (one being my father) when I was a child so 8/9 years ago and it's clear nothing has changed. How many more family's have too go through these traumatic changes through to there being no support a
