My life has been destroyed. £70,000 was my mums inheritence & with my husband passing away 8 months later, i am in severe financial difficulty now bringing up 2 children on my own with literally living on the breadline with no interest payments. I feel so upset, depressed & ashamed & feel I have let my mum down

I and my husband have been devastated by this scam missselling, lied to from start to finish by staff and not protected by the governing body - we believed would have helped if there were any problems flagged up. Little did we know there had been warnings made but never acted on.. All our life savings gone through trying to provide for our imminent retirement, when this could all have been avoided. Why won't anyone stand up and help us - the victims....

Distraught with our loss. We trusted the establishment and did not realise how far fraudsters would go.

A huge fraud on Bond advertising. A total mis-selling of ISAs. After 11 months no action against the fraudsters. Although being investigated no action on FCA for not dealing with the issue in 2015. HMRC approved but changed their minds and said ISA did not have the correct wrapper so was not an ISA but they failed to advise institutions/banks who transferred peoples' ISAs to a fraudulent company. Who can we trust with our money?

There needs to be heavier jail sentences for evertbody involved in ant conspiracy to defraud ,that includes the sales agents, the solicitors, the accountants, the promoters and publishers, the banks that allow the laundering yet make it difficult to follow the money trail. The directors should have all their assets seized and be held accountable for every penny until repaid including substancial compensation for the mental stress suffered by the victims of planned ponzi schemes/scams.

I have lost everything. I am now struggling to pay bills. I owe money here there and everywhere. I invested the money for my pension years, but now the future looks very bleak.
