I am a bondolder although I thought I was buying an ISA, I was swindled out of my hard earned cash and the authorities who should be protecting us failed completely in spite of warnings!! I am devastated.

We need our money back. We were miss sold products and told LCF were regulated by the FCA. All confirmed on the FCA website as well.

My savings for my retirement fraudulently stolen. I will never be able to recoup as I am in my 70's and can no longer work. Had it not been for FCA regulated and money is secured against assets printed on all marketing materials plus convincing phone conversation with Ami Wallace from LCF!,(Surge), I would never have invested in LC&F which has since proved to be a fraudulent company. Money should be given back to all LC&F investors by the FSCS or Government as FCA were warned in 2015 about the wrong doings of LC&F but chose to ignore warnings and for years after thousands of people invested their money in a company they thought was legit and have now lost it!
The regulatory bodies i.e. FCA are not fit for purpose and immediate change should be made to stop this from keep happening!

We invested a substantial sum as my husband has Parkinsons. If he required residential care we were hoping that a better interest rate would help with costs!

There is ample evidence that bondholders invested in good faith and were defrauded with false advertising and FCA incompetence.
Investors have done nothing inappropriate. It is self evident that the FSCS is liable and needs to fully compensate all. If there is any doubt, the involvement of the SFO and the attempts by Simon Hume Kendal, Mr Careless et al to evade accountability for their nefarious behaviour is testament to their criminal intent.
Full compensation for all bondholders with interest. Nothing less.

We are victims of fraud and robbery and should be compensated as such. The perpetrators should be punisjed as such.
The FSCS MUST now step in or the government will be supporting all those who have lost in the years to come.
