I have Autism And love to get married but I don’t wanna lose my benefits

this is so wrong. My daughter falls in this category and cannot marry her fiancé because of it. He is her main care provider and cannot work full time and earn enough money/healthcare to support her and take care of her too.

This needs to change!!!!!!!!!

Equality and fairness to all

This discriminatory practice needs to be changed.

I've been with my partner 16 years Now. 13 years ago we said vows without that license to keep his much needed medicaid and homecare. Changes need made!

People with disabilities should be able to keep their benefits when/if they get married.

I can’t believe we still have to fight for simple benefits.

So sad this is really not fair

I absolutely agree that this is a civil rights issue! I have a daughter that is in the same situation. This should be corrected. Everyone deserves to be loved and the chance to have a spouse!!
