I've waited there times of 10 to 20mins unless someone or I have to exit my car to press the pedestrian button to activate the lights

A traffic light is necessary here. I’ve seen some drivers turning left (westbound) onto 64th take some crazy chances. A light needs to be installed before someone gets injured.
