We so desperately need this in Lorain county!! I have a son with asd and he is also a bolter. He loves water and this recent tragedy could have very well been any one of us living with autism or not.

I support this fully! Please pass this. I had a sister with Huntingtons Disease and she would roam the street. And so helpful to children, especially with the recent passing of Sidney from Sheffield.

Great idea! Since I have an autistic step son I think this is a brilliant idea esp when he gets older and becomes more high risk of wandering out of house easier.

I have two sons with Autism. They are older now and now risk of wandering but this could save many others. This is WONDERFUL!!!
