Hey, I get way better response from CreXi. LoopNet is mostly small fish and no real big guys replying to mine.

Loopnet doesn't realize it yet but CoStar is trying to put them out of the business. At one time CoStar owned Xceligent. When Xceligent realized that they were trying put them out of the business they filed anti monopoly charges against CoStar and won the right to seperate from them and continue operations. I would bet that this is just another CoStar monopoly gambit. It cheaper to be sued and to sue than to lose market share.

Our commercial state MLS is $50 per month in RI. Not going with Loopnet

Monopoly with Costar. Each state should have its own listing service.

As a small commercial brokerage Loopnet was too expensive to begin with and now is completely out of our ability to participate.

We would love to hear what features you would like on the website and the mobile app as well. One idea for the mobile app is you can not only search and save listings in your profile, but also use your phone's camera to list property while you're in the field. Would this be a helpful feature? What would help you do your job that we could build into the site and mobile app for FREECMLS.com?

Hello fellow commercial agents, brokers and sellers. My name is Brantley Smith. I have been in commercial real estate for about 10 years and have always resented the pricing stronghold LoopNet has on the market. I am respectfully asking for your feedback, comments and possibly support to build an alternative solution to LoopNet. We have a prototype in place now with plans to create a mobile app as well. You can join the fight, learn more and help (if you want) here: https://www.gofundme.com/tyuz5pr8 . Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am a new investor looking to get into multi-family investing. Loopnets high prices has caused me a true setback in searching for property. Does anyone have a better site we can trust?

Our firm just left them today..... They have absolutely NO value without listings. This is borderline antitrust issues. There ONLY reason they aren't guilty of that is that they own the other largest competitor... This was a very poor choice on their part.

I thought it was a typo when I saw the renewal notice. If this is how they treat loyal customers, there will be no more customers. Good-bye Loopnet.

Will be canceling shortly as it is over priced, but need a similar service.
