loopnet and costar rely on our feedback. Their info is only as good as the data we provide. We can rely on the board of realtors MLX/imapp as an alternative source and only use Loopnet basic services.

Brokers/Agents are the ones providing the information they sell back to us. There should exisit a platform where we can exchange data.
