LoopNet has highjacked our industry forcing alternative and competing platforms out of business, while laying claim to our marketing material stating by posting on their site, they retain the rights to the informaiotn we provide them with, then sell back to us as the agents.

this guys did something wrong with me, they changed the contract from $450.00 a trimester for 10 adds for a contract for 5 adds for $450.00 trimester to be paid monthly, and they take from my account $450.00 a month for 2 years, instead $150.00 per month, totally screw me up

Rates are now $149/mth for a single listing. I have always cooperated with Costar and Loopnet researchers who want information in completed transactions, but then they sell this info and dramatically increase our rates too. Perhaps we should start charging them for info on our completed transactions unless that are going to be reasonable with membership rates and fees. This service has become a monopoly and needs to be brokers apart or challenged by others

This is ridiculous, especially with the current situation with tenants out of work and rents not being paid its costing sellers and buyers in a uncertain market .

Loopnet, then CoStar, not for the small independent firms. I dropped them after 15+ years.

Yes, I do feel that Loopnet is taking advantage of a clear path to monopolizing the commercial MLS business. Once partnered with CoStar, it was all over for real estate professionals. This gouging will only drive competition to grow at a faster pace.
No to Greed
High prices
I am shocked at the price increase vs value
Overpriced ! And poor customer service!
