This would be a mistake to industrialize such a beautiful piece of nature. Please protect the access of Looking Glass Rock and learn from the mistakes in our past.

This development does not sound like a good fit for the area. We need less of a foot print in these sensitive lands and to use less resources. This development does not sound like it is aligned with the Moab area values. Money isn’t everything.

One of the obvious yet perhaps not considered impacts of this proposed development is human waste. It will be impossible for the development to responsibly dispose of 1000s of person's excrement in this location as there isn't a sewer system that can handle the amount, and septic won't work with the geology. The same company grossly impacted Zion and effluent is spoiling the Virgin River canyon due to the inability of desert soil to handle the waste. It will permanently foul the area as it has Zion.

This would be a tragedy to the local ecosystem here. It is not always about money!

Enough already. One of the biggest blights on Moab is the Wilson Arch subdivision. These kinds of completely irresponsible and ugly developments destroy the amazing beauty of canyon lands. The worst is the Hole In The Rock. Let it end there, develop less iconoc places!!
