This is completely unacceptable, a mismanagement of lands.

Some places need to remain open and wild, not converted to a hotel for rich who are too scared to experience the desert in its natural state.

Please dont infringe upon this special place. I hope that under canvas will utilize some of this other acreage in their lease and choose not to encroach on such a special formation as looking glass, which is a lot of climbers first desert summit.

As a resident of Utah I'm strongly opposed to this. This resort will ruin one of my favorite spots of land in the Moab area. Please stop this from moving forward.

Once land is developed you can not reclaim it. It is lost forever. SITLA needs to develop a new master plan.

Please stay away from looking glass. Aside from the threat that this new neighbor poses to the peace and health if the land it occupies it also poses a threat of danger to looking glass itself - clients of under canvas who ordinarily would be unlikely to come upon such a wonderful formation are likely to trample the grounds surrounding it, and tempted by the easy appearance of the route up the side are likely to get hurt on it or damage the rock itself.
