This is in hopes to get a bill introduced to pass a law that would require all eat-in establishments to have someone on duty, at all times, that knows The Heimlich & CPR. I know it needs a lot of tweeks, but it's a start. I lost my boyfriend in July, 2006 because he choked to death in a restaurant, & no one could help him.
