I was the first year they changed it to 30 minute lunches and it is hectic to even get food just from the school cafeteria
If we can get back the hour lunches I think it would help a lot with allowing kids to get food and eat it

The lines are outrageous and we deserve a longer lunch to have time to stand and line, eat and still have time to hang with friends.

Since school has started, I haven't been able to try to leave campus to get food. The lunch time is not long enough.

Lunch time used to be an hour then it went to 45 minutes and now it's a half hour. Our classes are an hour long. We need longer lunch because there is to many students in the lines that people don't get lunch until the bell rings at the end. And we need more time to get away from the lines by going off campus for food.

OMG yaaaaas, I wrote a whole fricken paper about this in English Freshman year. I need this to happen. I don't know if this will get far because we tried to patition for having my german teacher teach for 3rd year and it didn't go through and a ton of kids signed for it. But I'll really hope this goes through and repost!
