Keep the Long Beach Boat race as a ICON to the community. I grew up at Marine Stadium since I was a child while my family raced our own boats for years and years and still enjoy being there every week waterskiing. To all you political figures who are denying this event you all will be remembered come election times. Tread lightly with your constituants

It is the race around, we all know the consequences of racing as a racer and a spectacular, we all know we may not come home, and my prayers go out to the racers and families that payed the highest price, but racer will continue to race. So let's not take this away, because the racers and families that payed that price would still want it to go on, so in the behalf of our racer and fans. Let it continue, amen.

Racing at Marine Staduim has been a long standing tradition! Please don’t take this historical place of boat racing away!! If anything we should honor Greg Duff and John Hart and have this race, they would have wanted it!!

This has been a great venue for this boat race. It is safe for drivers and spectators. Accidents happen, it is a risk as all sports are. If this event cannot happen, maybe the LB Grand Prix should either.
