This event is the Mecca ofPowerboat racing. ALL racers have this event on their to do list. Personally I am looking forward to the next events because my son is now old enough to complete, it would be a shame for him to miss out.

It would be a shame to cancel this event, there is danger in any sport even the Grand Prix but you haven’t cancelled it. The city of Long Beach needs to really consider the revenue this event brings in and also the fans that attend every year.
