What a great event this is. Long Beach and the Marine Stadium is a perfect venue for it. Was sorry to see the blown flat bottoms and hydroplanes outlawed years back due to noise but with the LBGP coming yearly and these events happening on occasion this needs to keep happening. What a great family event this is.

I was 9 years old in 1972 when I saw my uncle Lou Terrile race there. was my first boat race ever

Long Beach is one of the best facilities that I’ve ever been to it is very dear to my heart I have met a lot of friends that have died of old age that have gotten me into the sport at that location it brings back lots of memories and it has a very very big spot in a dine sport and as it does not continue at this location I feel that the only people that will suffer are the racers that are trying their hardest to keep a sport going there is no reason we cannot race there all political aspects aside it would be very greatly appreciated if we can continue the sport that is a very well-known family sport at this location thank you see you at the 2022 Long Beach race
