This is not the right kind of sponsor for the Olympics.

It's time for Dow to .compensate the victims of Bhopal

This is a disgrace. The 'greenest olympics ever?'

Strong action should be taken against the company. Justice must be given to the people affected in Bhopal! This has gone on for to many years and it needs to come to an end.

The money Dow Chemicals are spending on the Olympics should be spent on compensating the victims of Bhopal and cleaning up the contamination

IOC must remove this contract with DOW chemicals, and if Indian Government should take appropriate steps.

Please let Olympics be clean.DOW should be kept out!

It is a shame that money has so much power on ideals. Olympics need to get back to their founding objetives.

How can such firm with no morals be allowed to sponsor olympics - dont allow this to happen, blood from bopal and the sorrow of the effected lives still suffering. think very hard and listen to the people

By allowing Dow to be a sponsor you are staining the games with the blood of thousands of Bhopal victims.

In support of Indians who have suffered and are suffering by this disaster chemist. If this company has money to support construction of stadiums, then must pay prior the restoration of the damages caused by the disaster.

The Olympic Games were supposed to be ethical, environmentally friendly and sustainable. I'm absolutely outraged that an unsustainable and ethically unsound firm such as Dow chemicals have been awarded a contract to wrap the stadium. Every time I look at it i will see Bophal and remember your actions.

Please drop DOW from sponsorship. They did not even care for their cruel mistakes

DOW, reiterates that it has nothing to do with Bhopal, it bought Union carbide after Bhopal and all that. It bought UC’s assets…did it not forget that Bhopal is UC’s biggest inheritance. DOW bought its assets, How about Liabilities, Obligations, Did this slip through the gaps? How did Dow bring itself to buy UC without an explanation on its past trading/ ethics in spite of Bhopal disaster making front news? Union carbide ran off from Bhopal after the disaster, without giving any explanation to what happened, what leaked, what was the toxic substance all about, how to deal with its after affects, what are its implication on humans and environment for generations, any research findings to eliminate the sufferings. It gave money to Govt to deal with the issue and dismissed itself. How would a developing world’s research facility sort it out within days? Even after 27years, still they haven’t figured it out how to detoxify the water/land. People of Bhopal were left to pick up the bits of their life…. And it might be worth mentioning that central & MP government acted as an ignorant bystander.

Justice for Bophal

I have been looking forward to London hosting 2012 Olympics but will refuse to watch or attend any events if Dow continues to be a sponsor.

Shame on Dow!
