Too many people now. It is ridiculous to try and fit any more houses/people on a small island. The beach isn’t getting any bigger. Plus the damage it does to the wetlands and the wildlife!

I strongly object to the building of a commercial storage business butting right up to my single-family home community (The Sanctuary). I am shocked that the planning and zoning commission is considering this high-density housing project in this extremely small community. It seems as though you have not considered the impact of a high-density apartment complex, a storage operation, and hundreds of new homes will have on the traffic/roadways in Sunset Beach. I'm also requesting Sunset Beach require Logan Homes to follow current zoning and DENY any additional requests for rezoning or conditional zoning.

This overbuilding is out of control and will have a negative impact on this community with the lack of infrastructure and overcrowded conditions. Please do not approve this project.

Stop this over building. Our roads, grocery stores and health care cannot handle this rapid growth!

Developers should not be permitted these enormous developments before needed infrastructure is in place to accommodate the additional amount of traffic is here causing many problems including new residents using the emergency services we pay for!

This project has too much density for the roads. This is without other projects already approved on 904/Georgetown Road.

Overdevelopment leading to impervious surface coverage, an ALREADY inadequate infrastructure with Dangerous Evacuation Potential. With NO benefits to Sunset Beach Tases but YET a Strain on Support Services and existing Tax PAYERS it is an Absurd Request by Any Builder to request an expansion of burdened stress factors!! We respectfully request the Board DENY any EXPANSION Requests
I'm so sick of all this development....
