Too much construction is being approved without regard to improving the infrastructure, roads, etc. to accommodate the increase in population. We also need to conserve nature and wildlife!

We cannot continue to rubber stamp developers wishes without looking into their full environment, neighbor hood, and infrastructure impacts. Also what type of funds/bonds are required by developers to cover road repairs caused by the heavy equipment.

As an owner of a canal home, the dredging project continues and I still don’t know what I will have to pay… Yet you’re allowing building and thousands of people to come who will not pay the taxes that others of us do. That is not acceptable. Anyone who lived this close/driving distance to the beach should be paying some sort of taxes to support the reason they moved there… The beach. At the very least…Annexing this area for tax purposes would be the first step. Infrastructure study would be the second step. Why??? BECAUSE Continuing to build — without considering the people and how they will live and how they will afford to live, OR the balance of the animal wildlife the area Is detrimental to everyone. Greed is getting in the way if you allow this project to expand.

At some point we have to cut off the bleeding. This is already out of control. Out wait times in our local hospitals are already crazy, our roads are ungodly crowded. To see your Primary Dr now takes 3 months. I was raised here and I can tell you that if something isn’t done to stop this you’re gonna drive the locals awake. It breaks my heart.

Over development is destroying this beautiful area. It’s hard on the environment and wildlife. This area is already experiencing severe water pressure issues. There are not enough services for this overdevelopment. I am totally against this.
