Stop the scorched earth land clearance. Stop building. The Gulf Coast needs money. Take your development down there.

High density housing doesn’t fit into this beautiful small coastal town. Please stop the overdevelopment and protect Brunswick county

Please don’t let this peaceful and beautiful area turn into an overcrowded mess. Thank you.

There are already zoning regulations that should be applied. We do not need any more houses crammed into our town. We should be focusing on storm resilience, not cutting down more trees and creating more impermeable land.

I want the amnesties and I’m all for development if done in a responsible way that keeps in mind the health and safety of residents and wild life. We are the taxpayers and need to be heard. Show us the traffic studies.

Please deny the conditional zoning application by Logan Homes. We do not need another huge development in the area.

This conditional zoning application will negatively impact everyone in this area. We do not have the infrastructure to support this and the other large developments being built near us.

Horrible! It's time for our local government to stop selling us out and start protecting our county and our citizens!

Please deny the conditional zoning application by Logan Homes. The roadways and infrastructure are insufficient for such development.

Logan Homes wants what it wants…so long as the end result takes the company to a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. To hell with the ruin left behind!
