Do we need more developments for the next 3 years. How about a pause until we can better assess what we really need.

Agree with the other comments that this should not be approved.

Not a fan of the Logan Homes development. Our area will suffer mass destruction, and it’s already happening. Who in the heck let’s this happen? Is would kill the Odell family to know what has happened to this area. Safety first!!!

Quit lowering the requirements to allow growth. We need green space and single family homes not all these large complexes of apartments, condos, and mixed use placing more burdens on the already overtaxed homeowners for infrastructure, schools, etc.

Enough Already. This will only make matters worse re: taxes, infrastrucure and traffic.

The greater Sunset Beach and Calabash areas cannot absorb all the development already in progress.

I think it’s about time the town really does a traffic study like said and explain to the community how all this building will benefit the community other then add to the traffic we have now and further more look into the parking for the beach and how crowded the beach is now. I ask the board to deny this request and use some coming sense. I would also like to know when building permitting was approved for the homes that are going up in there now?

Changing the original plot size to accommodate the builder to build more homes is inappropriate. Our roads cannot handle the extra traffic.
