In VA the builder helps to pay for improved roads and infrastructure . This should be happening in NC for all of the new communities being built

My main concern is traffic and lack of street lights on Old Georgetown Road. There also needs to be a stop light at the Wyndfall intersection.

Growth should be planned in such a way that the developers are responsible for improvement to the roads prior to the actual development going forward Accurate studies paid for by the developer and overseen by city or county planning should be done first.

Our community is already struggling to support the massive growth we are incurring. The roads are crowded, the green space diminished. A shortage of doctors and other needed providers.

There are many concerns with this development....air quality, decrease in quality of life, strain on town resources without taxes to cover the new population. (police, fire department, will new schools eventually need to be constructed)
