Logan Homes Conditional Zoning Application

I’m opposed to the current construction density, it is excessive and detrimental to the community, economy and environment

This decision is the responsibility of the town of Sunset Beach, not the County. Sunset Beach wanted this area in their extraterritorial zone, even though the area is not part of the town. Let’s hope they have an understanding of the fast pace of countywide development and help to put the brakes on.

This is insane and must be stopped!!!

Reject this zoning application

Did anyone mention that we have a water shortage? What about all the trees that have been cut down?

South Carolina and most states build roads and other infrastructure before allowing excessive development ! What happened in North Carolina ?

Given the rapid development in our area I do not believe any concessions should be granted to make a difficult situation even worse

Too much development without developing infrastructure, roads, medical providers, emergency services, etc. Also lot sizes are ridiculously small.

In addition to the traffic concerns on the surrounding road ways it will make sunset beach unbearable both in season and all year long. Reject this new proposal for the safety and sanity of all our residents.

Stop the over development in Leland and Brunswick County

What a misnomer. If you continue to approve clear cutting and subsequent building, instead of Sunset Beach, we might as well rename it to "Concrete Jungle, NC". Please eject this re-zoning request.

This development as currently proposed would greatly increase traffic on already overcrowded roads. It would increase flooding in the area because of the increase of impermeable surfaces.

Reject this zoning application!

We do not have the infrastructure to accommodate this density. Please stick to the zoning regs.

I oppose this zoning application by Logan Homes

Brunswick county has unique issues, with flooding and very low areas. Not to mention its most beautiful and does not need to be ripped apart like Wilmington is with absolutely NO left-over land left. The wild animals are travelling in their packs into the housing editions because of THIS. Brunswick Forest has had bears, coyotes and turkeys in their community. Stop removing their HOMES, the natural forest. Leave places for humans and animals to co-exist-instead of making them do it in an HOA!!!!

This is NOT thoughtful and planned expansion. This is driven by profits and lack of care/concern for the environment, the current residents, and the negative impact on the overall quality of life that this kind of dense building leaves behind. REJECT this conditional zoning application submitted by Logan Homes.

Please do not approve any more increases in density by builders ... unless they'd like to pay for the infrastructure to handle it.
