It's time to stop. There's not much left of the land we love

We don’t need anymore neighborhoods . We don’t have the roads to support them.

This proposal is totally ludicrous! Listen to the engineers!! Listen to the residents here!! We do but have infrastructure for this proposal!!! You are going to run everyone off and your plans will backfire!!

Another 1700 units is absurd ! The initial amount of units was too much. For the love of God , stop overbuilding Sunset Beach !

Enough is enough please do not approve this application this will cause many problems in regard to roads - overcrowded already in fracture - needs to be updated unless the applicant is willing to do all this - water and sewage etc. we are overcrowded now with problems getting spots with doctors and dentist etc. don’t add to the current conditions. Thank you

We are already overcrowded…On the roads and at the beach. Instead of tax reductions, we have to hire more police and town personnel to handle our increased population without tax revenue. We haven’t even felt the impact of the D.R. Horton development on Georgetown Rd. yet. Look at the traffic in town generated by the bridge closing! Also, clear cutting our green space is ruining our town. Enough!

This must be stopped! Proposed storage units on 904 is plain out tacky! This is not Sunset Beach - total greed and disregard of respectable land use! SAY NO, NO, NO!!!

Too much traffic to handle on existing roadways. Lot sizes are insufficient for town guidelines.

Save the trees and wildlife. All beauty at the beach is being destroyed! Enough already

The proposed population expansion will make it impossible to get to the beach.

Failure to limit the expansion will destroy what souther Brunswick county offers.
