This developement is not appropriate for Sunset Beach. It violates lot size, put in place a year ago. The number of homes will tax city services and lead to overcrowding on our roads and beach. Please deny this proposal

We need to do better planning to consider upgrading roads, water etc. before adding more homes to smaller places.

Our area is being paved over with no infrastructure to support it. Only the developers are getting rich and expect Sunset Beach to provide them with services. Stop this insanity.

Sunset is over crowed as is and if the infrastructure is not addressed before much more growth we are gonna have a mess let all the dang Yankees find another paradise somewhere else like the Jersey shore and stop trying to ruin Sunset Beach
