Absolutely ridiculous to propose 1 entrance to this small city going in - not to mention the light pollution. Parse it way down - save some of the current trees - create an environment people want to live in

In addition to concerns about infrastructure that is woefully in need of updating to accommodate the residential and business growth already underway, we have a substantial amount of vacant commercial spaces existing. This type of community plan submission feels a lot like a bait and switch. The Council needs to ensure they don’t allow these types of ‘after the fact’ requests to keep future developers from attempting the same manipulation.

There are multiple issyes of concern. Ssfety is a big concern. There is onle one access & eggress onto 904/179.

Why the request for a change? The original lot size of 7500 sf is large enough. Lots enforce some restrictions on traffic, sewer, electric.

We need smart growth, consideration of infrastructure & the environment, and impact fees for developers. We're getting none of those things thanks to our current office-holders who seem to have little regard for their constituents' needs. It seems the only way to get their attention will be to vote them out in November. Otherwise, we'll continue to get more of the same.
