I like many signing am opposed to the overbuilding here in Brunswick county The infrastructure can barely support the populace here now !!! They are not thinking about the lack of roads and services to handle this excessive developing

It is already too dense in this area. We can't find a parking space at the beach. The roads are already too crowded. There are not enough doctors, nurses, etc. for the amount of people that reside in this area already.

I moved to this area 5 years ago to get away from all the traffic and noise. Now they want to bring all the traffic and noise to here. Small overpriced housing all crammed together helps clog up the roads with no plan for improving the roads and services.

Parcel was approved with previous owner. Logan Homes is asking for significantly higher density. This area should be subject to intense scrutiny.
I am requesting planning and council members DENY the rezoning request.

SLOW DOWN BRUNSWICK COUNTY. WE HAVE NEITHER THE INFRASTRUCTURE OR THE PERSONNEL TO DEAL WITH THIS OVERLY ZEALOUS MOVEMENT TO DESTROY THE ENVIRONMENT AND PLEASANT WAY OF LIFE THAT MOST OF US MOVED HERE TO ENJOY.

Too many reasons to list in a little box. Infrastructure, wetlands, air, traffic, wildlife, inappropriate timing, incomplete needs assessment.

Seaside Rd/904 is already overwhelmed with traffic and unsightly/unnecessary development.

Lot sizes should not be decreased from the current requirement of 10,000 sf. There is already too much development going on in the area.

This is an egregious expansion of buildable properties in the greater Sunset Beach area. There are already MANY subdivisions being built. And FINALLY even the NCDOT has opined this change in density will overwhelm the road system in and around Sunset Beach.
I urge the Planning Board to reject this proposal. I further urge the Town of Sunset Beach to halt further development until it is assured the roads, water sewer and other critical infrastructure aren’t already overly stressed by the new development going in now AND how much capacity remains for new proposals such as this!
