Logan Council do need to try a little harder at reuniting pets with families. Pricing needs a good overhaul considering the low income in a good portion of the Logan area. Reduced fees and payment plans are desperately needed. (Multiple repeat offenders not included).

Absolutely agree, I've done all I can to make sure my dogs will make it back to me if ever lost, but there is no way I'd be able to afford those fee's if they were kept in overnight :(

Most of us love our pets and to the right thing, but occasionally the best behaved dog will escape for some reason. I do have a registered, desexed, microchipped dog so I try to do the right thing. Unfortunately she is an escape artist, scared of fireworks. I'm lucky because she has been returned to me as I could not afford to pay the fines to get her back, even the cheapest option is almost half my weekly pension

You should be allowed to pay off any fees. Most ppl love there animal but can't afford to get them out. As a rate payer there must be an alternative for this animals

Please do this as would help the animals and keep the death rate down also benefit the pound with less costs ..

Please introduce a payment plan. It would cost You less as a council to let us take our animals home and pay the fee off, then it would to keep,feed,vet-check,etc.

Please consider a payment plan so that responsible pet owners that end up separated from their pet can get them back home. Accidents do happen and the pet shouldn't suffer.

It does not cost that much to feed a dog overnight.Unless you are putting them up at a Gold Coast motel.
