we are paying a premium for the upkeep of the skygarden yet almost every morning, we are greeted with litter. not only that, unrestricted access has provided an avenue for skyville to be a suicide spot.

The sky parks and roof top garden is supposed to be smoke-free, but it is now filled with non-residents smoking and drinking, creating a nuisance.
It also poise a potential danger to elderly, my elderly dad was once threaten by a group of youngsters for sitting at their regular seat? This is outrageous.

Frankly, no point on this petition. We should "visit" the MP reguarly on this matter, then actions will be taken, like Pinnacle case. Anyway i still sign on it to summon strength.

After near to 5 years some issue/problem remains unresolve
If TC can't come up with solution n more importantly how to address issue n resolve it (5 YEARS) ....pls pls pls ask for ideas

Not only level 47 skygarden. Rowdy teenagers are gambling, smoking & drinking at level 36 skygarden as well

Initially I did not think that we should restrict access. I thought we should share the scenic views with the rest. But after several incidents experienced by my neighbors and observations of my own, I think we should consider restricting access.

It’s really getting too rowdy and noisy esp during weekends and nighttime and our sky garden is really really dirty nowadays! Missed those days when it was safe and clean to visit.

Too many public mis use the sky garden causing disruption and noise to residents. Alot of urine smell in stairways. Graffiti all over walls at sky garden. Why are we paying so much to deserve this?

Totally agreed on the restriction and limitation of access to our beautiful garden. And we pay for the SCC we should deserved the privacy.

Please restrict access to our sky gardens. There has been constant non-residential visitors abusing the facilities and creating nuisance to the residents. Sometimes there are even suspicious-looking persons hanging around. These additional and unwanted crowds have given us a fearful sentiment in our living environment.
RETURN THE PARK TO THE RESIDENTS!!!! >:(
