Lock access to roof garden

i had to call the NPP close to 12am on sat night (31 aug). there were teenagers loitering at the sky garden on 47th. they were singing and yelling. this isnt the first time ive had to call the NPP. the NPP sounded very familiar with such reporting and took action to send patrol officers.

The area is getting more n more dirty with "tourist" bus and "party animals".

I am a resident here. While its meant to be a public space share by all, i dun see why resident had to pay so much to maintain it Public space is should be paid by town council just like other public space. Not only there is constant tour group conducting 'tours' at our place, many strangers going up there partying, drinking alcohol, smoking and making noise, urine on floor and throwing cig down. We cant let our kids go up alone as well.

Please implement a card access system to all sky gardens at SkyVille@Dawson to prevent nuisance by visitors after dark..

We need restricted access for the sky garden. Too much rubbish caused by non-residents, partying till late night and even got tour groups visiting Skyville. All these at the expense of the residents. Is it even fair when the residents are the ones paying high conservancy charges!

Restrict roof garden access to residents only. Smell urine at staircase, property damaged, littering, pests, ants everywhere and worse off we have to pay scc for their nonsense

Public has causes noise pollution, damage to amenities and safety concerns during liquor parties right in our sky gardens which are mere steps to our homes with vulnerable young and aged. Bad influence to our young and impressionable resident youth as well

I would think the main concern would be the sky garden being abused after 10.30pm and causes inconvenience to level 46 and those on the garden levels. At times i also saw tour group came over which resultant the lift not servicing to the residents. Given each block is only 4 lifts, it's already a challenge to cater to residual more over to those whom are here for sightseeing

I am residents of skyville. Indeed it is disturbing and disappointing that the sky garden meant for the residents here has been made hang out places for more non residents here. I have seen alot of non residents coming up to the sky garden and instead of making it clean and tidy, they left rubbish uncleared and they disturb the peace of the place. Weekends and PH made it worse as they loiter and create noise pollution at night. Urine were also seen at the staircase area, i can hear them shouting from the sky garden on weekend nights as late as 2am. This question the safety for the residents as alot of us have young children at home.

Please give approval for this petition as it is very unfair to the residents staying at this estate while we pay for the extra, but outsiders just come and make a mess out of the roof garden. As the garden is quite dim at night, it has also become a place for immoral act for couples.

Making our skygarden so dirty . These people should get caught and fined. Also restrict outside home owners to come to our roof /sky garden making it so dirty.

I am the resident who stays in the block. These rubbish can be seen especially over the weekends which bothers me to visit my blocks’ sky garden.

It’s very disturbing, can’t have a peaceful rest in my own house. Noises from the garden is horrible. I don’t even dare to go to the roof garden as there always be groups of non-residents at late night.

I agree. I’m disturbed by the noise, pest and second hand smoke entering my home. Why pay higher conservancy rates than other HDBs only to be abused by the public who doesn’t stay here? And the rubbish/litters/damages are not fixed immediately too, often left untouched for weeks till someone complaint. It’s really unacceptable.
