Josh Fleishman,
You are saying that the funds has been raised? What about the funds to maintain and protect this new amenity? Who is going to pay for that?

We would definitely use the new ramp to launch our kayak.

I can't see any downside for this, especially since the funds have already been raised for this express purpose.

Sorry, but before I sign such a petition I want to know:
1- How much this is going to cost us?
2- How much are we going to pay for the time to come to maintain this new infrastructure?
3- How many people is going to kayak?
4- For how long people is going to kayak? 3 or 4 months per year?
5- How are we going to stop vandals and outsiders for using our lake when we cannot even avoid outsiders coming to fish in our lake? I don't want an amenity that will bring crime to our community.
6- What kind of boats are you going to let navigate our lake? Should I suppose we won't let motor boats? is anybody really thinking in this seriously?
7- Sorry, nice idea but without answer to all of this, not with my vote.

All Association Members should have equal, convenient, safe and enjoyable access to our lake since everyone pays for this wonderful amenity equally.
