(THIS PETITION HAS BEEN RENEWED 10/6/08) THIS IS A NEW VERSION WITH SOME CHANGES!!1 So I'm getting together a kinda warp tour type event, except it's all local bands from Florida and it's only a one day event. But still an awesome one! This event would probably take place in Vinoy park in Clear Water.So this would be a one day event, with about 3-5 stages with different local bands from around Florida. probably up to about 30 or more bands if possible. The music would consist of your regular warp tour genres like rock/punk/metal/hardcore/power pop/Alternative/ etc. This event is to spread the scene of local music in the state of Florida, and to maybe even get other states attention or whatever. This is also a event if you missed warp tour you still have a chance to see great bands, maybe even ones you know as friends or whatever! This will be an awesome event if your in a band or just love music! Now you may think this will never happen, or he's not serious, but i am. I going to be putting in a lot of time into this, calling everyone that would love to play, volunteer, donate, sponsor, design, or just help with anything! I will be making petition to send around and see who would want this event to happen. But please if your reading this now please message me about any ideas, names to call the event like (Florida warped)- Warped might be copyrighted. So anything will help. this event would be great to have next summer after warp tour has gone through.
