I don't understand why there needs to be a second petrol station in such close proximity to the existing one. Also the roads in this area are already congested. There has been no thought for the impact this development will have on our villages from the through traffic.

THERE ALREADY IS A SHOPPING CENTER AND A FILLING STATION. On highways grounds it will draw traffic on to the site for the filling station and this is unnecessary when we are trying to reduce the use of petrol and diesel.

You have not listened and changed things following feedback from the previous plan, you have changed the things that you would always be happy to change ..... more open space, well done but no mention of the objections to the outlets and why on earth would a fuel station there be a good idea!?

I agree with this objection. Sywell, Overstone and Moulton do not need the proposed site development. It will be detrimental to the local communities by increasing traffic congestion, noise, pollution and providing nothing but a transient ‘fill-up’ site for passing motorists.

I am unhappy with the access arrangements to the proposed site. This needs to be reviewed.

How many more green spaces will be ruined for the sake of progress - hasn’t this area suffered enough already.

A second petrol station in this area is completely unnecessary and can hardly be in line with policies that are looking to imminently phase out petrol and diesel vehicles. The impact of increased traffic on local routes does not seem to have been adequately considered.

Too much development close to overstone village.

The area is already over crowded, roads can not cope with the current traffic. There is already a petrol station and places for food/drinks. Small business in Moulton and Overstone will be pushed out.

Overstone was once a little oasis on the outskirts of Northampton for heavens sake let it be. We've already had more than our fair share of development

Cars spewing from new school and off A43 means long queues outside Aldi and proposed new development as Overstone residents and others cannot get access to roundabout. Dangerous, madness and a planning debacle!

NO NO NO If I wanted shops garages etc on my doorstep I’d live in Northampton itself. I chose to live in a village and that choice is being taken away with all the development in the area.

A service station was not part of the original overall plan for this area.
