The entry into and out if the village of Overstone will be chaotic. The noise we hear already has increased tremendously with the new road. There is no need for these establishments and they are different to the original plans submitted. Overstone village has now become an extension of urban Northampton and non of these changes impact on Daventry who are giving the go ahead.

Disgusting planning application, we are a rural area and don't need fast food outlets lighting up our sky.

I object to the hybrid Planning Application WND/2021/0860. We do not need the food places, another petrol garage and more nurseries, we are not the town centre. You are ruining the countryside village

I object to this application having lived in the village for over 20 years I am saddened that it is being destroyed with the amount of traffic cutting through the villages over the last year increasing pollution, accidents and loss of our beautiful trees and countryside.

Sywell, Overstone and Moulton do not need the proposed site development. It will be bad for the local area by increasing traffic congestion, noise, pollution and providing nothing but chaos on busy days.

Against extension of the plans and drive through food outlets. This is a village location and whilst addition amenities are needed, we’ve riverside only 5mins drive to fulfil any additional retail needs.

I object to the application on the following grounds:
There is already a service station on that round about.
PHE recommends fast food outlets should be banned near schools
Site access is congested and too near to the junction, there will be accidents and fatalities.
The facilities proposed to not meet the community needs of additional services such as doctors and dentists. The fast food and fuel to go is just a service to transient motorists along the A43. There is no need for additional facilities for motorists when Weston Favell is a couple of miles away
Environmental Impact - there is already a loss of natural habitat for indigenous species and fauna and flora is being decimated, light pollution and air pollution will increase having a detrimental impact on health.
I vehemently object

I object to the building of a garage opposite the Aldi store at Moulton as there is already a garage also the extra land taken at the side of the road that had been planted with trees

No more developments, where is our village!
