Where can residents get together with friends and relatives? Where are the social and medical facilities? We are all struggling to obtain face to face appointments and the local GP Surgery is already struggling, how will they cope with all the stress of stretching themselves even thinner than they already do?

What is the point of yet another fuel station and fast food outlets, these will increase pollution and obesity. Public Health England’s mission is to protect and improve the nation’s health, so surely this development goes totally against their mission.

This site should be in line with the Outline Planning Permission approved in 2015, public house/restaurant (family friendly) allowing more social gatherings, the day nursery and the all-important medical centre – the nearest GP surgery is struggling to cope with the number of patients they already have. The dwellings are increasing hugely, where will the new patients go? We all need quality of life, another fuel station and fast food is certainly not going to improve quality of life!

BMJ an article entitled “Acute childhood leukaemia and residence next to petrol stations and automotive repair garages: the ESCALE study (SFCE)” Brosselin and Rudlin et al concluded
Acute leukaemia was significantly associated with residence next to petrol stations or automotive repair garages (OR 1.6, 95% CI 1.2 to 2.2) and next to a petrol station (OR 1.9, 95% CI 1.2 to 3.0).
“The results support the findings of our previous study and suggest that living next to a petrol station may be associated with acute childhood leukaemia.”
The traffic volume once the Overstone Gate and Overstone leys developments are in place will not cope with four entrances so close to one another

I strongly object to these plans. The local petrol station has served our community for many years, why open another? These proposals are too close to the roundabout onto a narrow road, with Aldi already causing problems. The proposed fast food outlet is too close to local schools & the planned new senior school. This will not support local businesses, but large nationals. Where is the desperately needed Surgery? Consultation of locals has been completely ignored.

Our essential services such as our hospitals can’t cope, our GP Practices can’t cope, our road systems can’t cope, more people, more vehicles, yet more destruction of our Northampton countryside!

The plan does not resemble a village hub rather a glorified motorway service station. It is in the wrong place along the dual carriageway and traffic will further hamper villagers travel to and from work/leisure and hamper those who have commitments within the villages of Moulton and Overstone. This will be compounded if and when the proposed new secondary school is built in the vicinity with the inevitable increase in traffic during the school run. Furthermore, it is not in keeping with the aesthetics of the 2 villages bordering it and will be detrimental to the local landscape.

I am 9 years old and live in Overstone. I do not approve of this planning application. We don't need another petrol station as many people are going to be using electric cars. I think a local centre should have a large play area for children and adults to get some exercise and stay active. It needs to be safe and not harmful to the environment.

A local centre to benifit local residents is required, NOT a petrol station and drive thru takaways. More green space please....! Another petrol station is not needed, there is one on the opposite side of the road. The road layout cannot support what is proposed, it's accident waiting to happen. This needed to be refused.

The application has been made on a purely commercial basis rather that taking into account the needs of the local community.
I object to the fast food drive through outlets encouraging or younger population to eat unhealthily.
The road layout appears confusing for motorists causing hazards with the adjacent aldi store.
I object to another petrol station so close to existing facilities.
W need a medical centre and facilities for the community not large consortium's taking fat fast profits at the expense of the local community. Please rethink this application.

This wasnt in the original plan, the area is over developed already. Traffic has increased in the area and more units means there will be traffic chaos. where is the Green Space Overstone village was promised.

Traffic is chaotic already.
What this new community needs is Play Grounds, tennis and football cours.
Housing developers have build over 1000 houses and no playing areas for children.
This is unsuitable and unnecessary
