The Beaumont Trail sign on Lake & Beaumont needs replaced. It has looked horrible for over a year, peeling badly etc.

The small pool is never been kept nice! The main pool gets everything new and we get whatever is left over!! Both pools need to be open and equally maintained!

Moved her for the amenities 22 years ago. In the last years everything has gone down hill. Find a way to open pool and courts . I am paying for these services and getting less and less each year. Please do not use this situation to as a way to not take care of LOA

I am disturbed by the vague communication surrounding the possible reopening of our residential pool. I cannot imagine that the management company is not able to provide sound explanation supported by state requirements as laid out by Governor DeWine.

Street signs throughout LoA and fences at entrances should be freshly painted and free of green mold/mildew. Signage at entrances to should also be well lit. This is the first impression that many have of our neighborhood and it currently does not reflect the care and attention that people put into their homes and landscape.

Grass and common areas on Westparkway boulevard are cut and kept weed free.

It seems like most of our fees goes to the management company’s administration and new flowers twice a summer for the entrance to the condos in the back at Windsor circle....

We need to see leadership from the management company in addressing the issues that this group are clearly articulating. We need ACTION.

We just moved into Lakes of Aurora in March and canceled our membership at Walden because we were told there were two pools tennis courts and playground. Also we live on a cul-de-sac on Ash Grove Circle and the cul-de-sac is in need of landscaping. Children want to play in that area and there Are metal pulls sticking up and not marked in any way, to evidently get into either water or sewer , that they could trip on and be injured badly. I wonder who would be responsible if one of these children would get hurt?

We need to gather as a group and re-instate the HOA. The state of which the common grounds: pools, tennis courts etc need to be better maintained. If we need to pay more fees, we need to see quotes and a budget and vote. It is the only way!

Why is the grass near the corner of Cochran and West Parkway a foot tall? The tennis courts are a mess and dangerous in spots. The pools need cleaned up. We need to find out where the disconnect is between customer (residents) expectations and performance delivered by the management group.

The state of our pools, tennis courts and playground (not to mention the LONG grass on West Parkway) is embarrassing - I also question where our money is going.

With the funds the build into the rentals and condos plus the payment received by home owners should be ample to care for the pool properly. Restrictions can be limited with spacing exercises to state guidelines. There is no excuse to not open. The kids of the neighborhood need at least some relief from everything taken away from them.

The grass and mold/peeling paint on street signs is disgusting. That should be 'basic' easy and planned for maintenance unrelated to covid. Can you please share this schedule with the people paying for services?

Enough is enough with this already. The situation with pool, fitness center and all around common grounds have gotten completely out of control with LACK of maintenance. I would like to understand where our money is going! The common area space has not changed/increased over the years and I understand the cost of maintenance has most likely gone up...$20 increase per home, per year would certainly give the budget a nice boost to increase the beautification of our space...at the end of the day, I still want to know where our money is going! Terrible!!
