LOA Amenities Repairs

I’d love to see our neighborhood amenities well-cared for and updated for safety the benefit of all families.

As a property manager myself, I know it does not take more effort or cost to keep a place looking nice, it just takes attention.

I have never before lived in a neighborhood where they treat the homeowners this way...no pool and when there is its poorly maintained...tennis courts that are so uneven you cant even play a fair game...playground that is so delapated I would NEVER allow my children on and a basket ball court where it literally will fall over if someone even dates to make a hoop...we have even offered ourselves ( homeowners) to raise $$$ and pay for new playground and it got voted no...wth?

The recreation facilities are terrible, the playground must be completely replaced as it is not safe and the management company y is liable if anything happens. All of these amenities add value to the development while living here and when you go to sell - amenities are a must with so many developments in Aurora. Where is our money going to? I don’t see a single sign of it in this development. Plus we have to pay additional to use the pool, again where is that money going to? Certainly not to the upkeep as they are in terrible condition.

I empower you to get creative with the pool guidelines and consider opening the pool. Talk to the residents, how can we help? We all want it open and most would be willing to donate our time and funds if necessary.

I agree this price of grass is absolutely ridiculous every summer it’s the same story! How hard is it to cut a patch of grass? Please open the pools and let us use our own discretion!

This neighborhood was so nice when we moved in to it in 2012! What an absolute embarrassment it has become to the community!

Even small improvements would make a big difference, we all moved to this nice neighborhood to take advantage of amenities, the playground situation is embarrassing for how small of an investment it would be to have something usable.

Please keep LoA the desirable and attractive place that we moved into 21 years ago.

Kids have lost so much these last few months. This is yet another part of normalcy that is being taken. Other pools have opened in this town. Let parents make their own decisions for their children. It is unfair for them to make yet another sacrifice when restrictions are being lifted. Please open the pools so they can have something to look forward to.

Please use our HOA fees for their intended use.

Please open the pool and tennis courts!

This neighborhood is sold on its amenities. By not maintaining and opening the pool and other areas, the precedent is being set that this okay. This will impact quality of life and home values, and it is unacceptable.

The kids need pools this summer and something to do. They’ve already had so much taken from them this year.

We purchased in built the house in this neighborhood specifically for the pool and the tennis courts. The HOA is not keeping up with its end of the bargain. Not opening the pool when all the other neighborhoods are open, and not making the tennis courts for playground safe. Uneven Pavement in the tennis courts and no workable Nets. It is an embarrassment.

We moved to this neighborhood, in part, for the great amenities. I’d like to see them being maintained and kept up nicely for our wonderful neighborhood and the people who reside here.

It would be great it we had a developer that actually cared about the community! Everyone buys in here with the idea of amenities, what we have is an embarrassment
